By booking an inspection with Snag Spotters, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are intended to protect both you as the client and us as the service provider.
1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be confirmed by phone, email, or through our website.
- Full payment is required on or before the day of inspection, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept payment by bank transfer or cash.
- Prices quoted are based on standard property sizes. Extra charges may apply for larger or one-off properties.
2. Inspection Scope
- Our snagging inspections are non-invasive and visual only.
- We inspect accessible areas of the property. We do not move furniture or remove fixtures.
- Reports reflect conditions as observed at the time of inspection.
3. Report Delivery
- A digital report will be sent within approximately 2 working days.
- Reports include photographs and clearly outlined findings.
4. Liability
- While we aim to be thorough, not all defects may be visible during the inspection.
- Snag Spotters is not liable for issues that are concealed, inaccessible, or develop after the inspection date.
5. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover lost appointment time.
6. Fuel Surcharge
- A fuel surcharge may apply for properties located outside of Leinster. This will be confirmed during the booking process.
7. Use of Reports
- The report is intended for the client’s use only.
- Builders and solicitors may be provided a copy upon your request.
- Reports must not be published or shared publicly without our written permission.
8. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes will be handled through the legal system in Ireland.
